Tell us in the comments. The ability to rename folders is available starting Windows 10 October 2018 Update (version 1809) and later. In the current folder, right-click anywhere on the blank space on the right part of the window (where the folder’s contents are displayed) and choose New > DWORD (32-bit) Value. If you don’t see this option in the Settings app, it’s because you’re not running the supported version of Windows 10. Some users have been seeing partial Dark mode on the file explorer screen which can be fixed by re-applying the wallpaper on your desktop screen. Just keep in mind that this isn’t a new version of File Explorer, as we’re expecting that Microsoft will eventually replace the experience with a modern version that aligns with the design language of Windows 10. Once you complete the steps, open File Explorer, and you should now see the dark mode. To sum it up, either switch to Insider, or wait till Fall for the next big upgrade. (If you’re running Windows 10 version 1903, you need to use the Choose your color drop-down menu located at the top of the page.) Under the “More options” section, select the Dark option.
